The A131 features a a precision machined aluminium body, housing a fixed-charge capsule in a sleek contemporary design. A gold sputtered diaphragm is used within the 33mm capsule to produce an impressively wide frequency response along with a natural sound.

From Podcasters To Performers The microphone’s cardioid pattern, combined with its double woven steel mesh grille and thin acoustic foam make it almost impervious to off-axis sound or incidental room noise and a perfect partner to podcasters as well as performing vocalists.

Audix’s proprietary impedance control binding the capsule and circuitry of the A131 together ensures consistent performances from almost any environment, while their unique internal shock mount design negates the need for bulky additional cradle assemblies.
