Originally part of the 1973 run of the Music Easel, the 218 has undergone several revisions over its lifespan and the latest version, V3 brings the LEM218 firmly into the 21st century, providing;
Full USB and DIN MIDI Connectivity Polyphonic Aftertouch (channel pressure) Per note velocity Assignable touch strip control Onboard arpeggiator And much more! Easily configured using the front panel controls, you can send notes and controls on any MIDI channel. Send the LEM some MIDI, and it gets converted to voltages and gates for eurorack and Buchla control.
And with the new version 3, it’s been updated with a new foundation of stable, modern electronics and plenty of inputs and outputs to integrate with your Buchla, MIDI, and Eurorack gear, making it the ideal option for those who are looking for a unique, configurable controller to drive their software, modular and even MIDI equipped synths.
