Which Roland Aira Gear Can You Try?
Roland Aira TB3 Touch Bassline Synthesizer
In developing the unit, the company meticulously analyzed the circuitry of the original TB-303 piece by piece, right down to the individual circuit behavior. Using Analog Circuit Behavior (ACB) technology, the TB-303's sawtooth and square wave oscillators are fully reproduced, as well as the -18 dB per octave ladder low-pass filter, capturing that unmistakable cutoff and resonance character. In addition to the original tones, the AIRA TB-3 includes many new patches.
Roland Aira VT3 Voice Transformer
Aggressively processed vocals are common in electronic music today, but producing these effects easily and reproducing them live has been a challenge, until now. With the VT-3 Voice Transformer, you can smoothly alter pitch and formant in real time to introduce heavily processed vocal sounds into your studio tracks and stage performances with zero hassle. On top of that, the VT-3 looks great and works seamlessly with other products in the AIRA series.
Roland Aira TR-8 Drum Machine
There's no question about it: the day the Roland TR-808 hit the street marked one of the biggest turning points in modern music. The jaw-dropping punch of the 808 kick established multiple genres of electronic dance music and upped the ante for pop and even rock beats. And a couple years later, when the TR-909 came into the mix, the crack of the snare and hiss of the hats sparked an even greater musical tide. Roland's AIRA TR-8 Rhythm Performer doesn't simply capture the sound and style of these iconic beat machines in all their glory; it offers modern electronic musicians like you a whole new range of tones, textures, and performance possibilities. If you're a high-tech music producer with a love of classic drum machines, this is the groove box for you!
Roland Aira MX-1 Mix Performer
The MX-1 Mix Performer brings together your synths, drum machines, loops, DAW tracks, and more into a single performance-optimized mixing instrument. Combining elements of a mixer, control surface, audio interface, and step-based effector, the MX-1 is designed to be the nerve center of your electronic music rig. It’s a mixer you can play – and so much more.
Roland Aira System-1 25-Key Synthesizer
The AIRA SYSTEM-1 from Roland owes its pedigree to the spirit of the 1970s when the company introduced the SYSTEM 100, SYSTEM 100M, and the SYSTEM 700 modular and semi-modular synthesizers. Sporting a twenty-five key keyboard, four oscillators per voice, and seventy-three physical controls, the synthesizer is flexible and full of Roland synthesis tonal character.
