Shipping and Delivery

If you pay with a Credit of Debit card using 3D Secure during our website checkut procedure you can specify a particluar address you would like to send the goods to.

For orders placed over the phone, through finance or via PayPal then goods would need to be sent to the billing address or the address registered on your Paypal / Finance account.

We select the best courier services based on the value, size and weight of the items we ship. This ensures that you receive the most reliable and efficient delivery possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to view live updates. You will also be notified of a delivery window on the day the item is due to be delivered.

To ensure the security of your purchase, all deliveries must be received and signed for at the specified delivery address. We do not permit our couriers to leave packages in a safe place or with neighbors. We recognize this policy may seem inconvenient and strict, particularly for lower-value items, but our courier can only apply these restrictions universally to all packages. This policy helps protect against the loss of high-value items and applies to all shipments, without exception. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery at the scheduled time.

If you were unable to sign for your delivery, our courier will either send a text or leave a calling card. For standard deliveries, the courier will automatically try again the next working day.

For freight deliveries, a missed delivery will not be automatically reattempted. Please contact us directly at 0330 380 1135 to arrange a new delivery time. We are here to assist with any issues.
