Yes! Digital licenses are delivered via email within 15-20 minutes of ordering. If the order is placed before 8pm it will be fulfiled on the same day. If ordering after 8pm the license and instructions will be sent in the morning of the following day. Some licences may take a little longer but please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it after this time.

There are some software products for which additional information may be required to ensure eligibility, or for the software vendor to grant supply. This would apply mainly to academic licences and crossgrades / upgrades. In such cases we may contact you to check as required and then fulfil the licence by return.

Once redeemed it is not always possible to take returns or refund software licences as they can only be used once.
