An extremely efficient 1" dome tweeter extends the Yamaha HS5 powered monitor's frequency range while delivering incredible high-resolution sound.
Featuring a thick wave guide, vibration is drastically reduced so that the newly designed tweeter can fantastic high end up to 30 kHz, distortion-free.
Handling the low end, the Yamaha HS5 boasts a a newly designed 5" woofer that is incredibly responsive.
With its large, carefully selected magnet and painstakingly optimised components, the woofer produces beautifully defined bottom end along with clear and accurate mids with extremely low distortion at any output level.
